I used to wake up at night with itchy eyes and throat due to dust, seasonal and pet allergies. My husband put these light bulbs in our house - one in the bedroom and two in the main living areas. Within a week my symptoms were almost completely gone. We leave the bedroom light on a few hours during the day and off at night. It costs almost nothing to run because it's an energy efficient bulb.
